Reconstitution
Typically 1–2 mL bacteriostatic water per vial (5 mg or 10 mg), yielding a ~2.5–10 mg/mL working concentration in research preparations.
Published protocols
Evans et al. 1993 (Eur J Clin Pharmacol, PMID 8329825) characterised IV and intranasal pharmacokinetics of GHRH(1-29)NH2 in healthy subjects. Borges et al. 1984 (Hormone Research, PMID 6240568) examined IV GRF1-29 administration in normal subjects as part of pituitary-stimulation characterisation. Prakash & Goa 2007 (Drugs, PMID 18031173) reviewed SC administration routes in paediatric research populations.
Half-life
~7–11 minutes following IV administration in humans (Evans et al. 1993), reflecting rapid DPP-IV cleavage of the N-terminal Tyr-Ala bond. Significantly shorter than modified analogues such as tesamorelin or CJC-1295.

~28 days at 2–8 °C in BAC-water solution.
