Repair & Recovery
A blended preparation combining BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protective protein fragment, with TB-500, a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4. Each constituent has been characterised separately in animal-model and in-vitro literature spanning soft-tissue repair, angiogenic signalling, actin-cytoskeleton remodelling, and tendon and ligament research. Provided as a dual-peptide research compound for laboratory study of co-administered preparations. For laboratory and research use only.

Compound-specific notes
Constituent peptides share standard cold-chain handling. Reconstituted preparation should be used within 30 days; do not refreeze. BPC-157 has been characterised as notably stable in acidic gastric-juice conditions in published preclinical work.
Dosing in the literature
Observational summary of values reported in published research. Not a guide for human or animal use.
Reconstitution
Total vial mass is 10 mg (5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500). Published single-constituent reconstitution practice typically uses 1–2 mL bacteriostatic water; for this blend, 2 mL yields a 2.5 mg/mL stock per constituent (5 mg/mL total peptide). Researchers typically further dilute to working concentration.
Published protocols
No peer-reviewed study has characterised this specific dual-peptide blend. Individual constituents have been studied separately: BPC-157 rodent tendon and soft-tissue models (Chang et al., J Appl Physiol 2011; Gwyer et al., Cell Tissue Res 2019) used doses of 10–100 µg/kg; TB-500 preclinical work (Philp & Kleinman, ANYAS 2010; Goldstein et al., Expert Opin Biol Ther 2012) used doses of 50–500 µg per animal. Combined-blend protocols are not standardised in peer-reviewed literature.
Half-life
BPC-157 half-life in rodent plasma is not formally characterised in the cited papers; preclinical evidence suggests rapid distribution. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) estimated plasma half-life ~30–70 minutes in rodent models. Co-administration kinetics for this blend have not been reported.
Post-reconstitution stability
~30 days at 2–8 °C protected from light, consistent with general lyophilised synthetic peptide handling. Storage note on this file states reconstituted material should be used within 30 days and not refrozen. Blend-specific validated data are not available.
BPC-157 dose ranges from Chang et al. (J Appl Physiol 2011, PMID 21030672) and Gwyer et al. (Cell Tissue Res 2019, PMID 30915550). TB-500 ranges from Philp & Kleinman (ANYAS 2010, PMID 20536453). No published protocol covers this blend combination.

Researcher FAQ
No. Aero Peptides materials are sold exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory analytical use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not approved for human or animal administration.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that the material will be used in accordance with all applicable institutional and jurisdictional regulations.
Each lot is independently tested for identity, purity, and mass using HPLC and mass spectrometry. The COA lists the lot number, test date, assay results, and the laboratory that performed the analysis.
Public COA documents are being prepared. In the meantime, you can request a COA for your specific lot and we’ll email it within 1 business day.
Orders ship quickly after your order is placed, from the US. Lyophilized peptides are shipped with insulation appropriate to season; short-term ambient excursions during transit do not measurably affect potency.
On receipt, store at −20°C in the sealed vial until reconstitution. See the handling matrix for full storage parameters. Tracked shipping is included; we ship to all US states and most international destinations.
Most peptides are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC). The volume depends on the target working concentration. Use our Peptide Calculator to compute volume, U-100 insulin syringe units, and doses per vial from peptide mass and target dose.
Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Protect the vial from light during storage and handling.
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. If a shipment arrives damaged or the seal is broken on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund.
See our full returns policy for details.
